It all started when...

Established in 1996 when Julie Becher was laid off from her long time position.

Julie saw a need in the construction industry. The need for good and dependable cleaning contractors.  Although at the time she knew nothing of the construction business, she was determined to elevate the standard of cleaning that was being currently offered.  She ventured out on her own, in hopes of creating a niche for a cleaning contractor who specialized in only post construction cleaning. 

Through trial and error, she has created a firm hold as a top producer amongst credited General Contractors. 

Julie has raised three children as she was building her business and since, all three are college graduates. 

Julie has lived in Colorado all her life, and enjoys hiking, camping, boating and outdoor adventures.
